Strategy and Communications Department
The Strategy and Communications Department has several tasks.
Strategy
Strategy represents the course that the NMa follows with regard to the decisions that we take about how we operate within and outside of the NMa.
Communication
Communication ensures that everybody in the outside world knows what we do and how we do it, and that our staff get the information they need in order for them to do their jobs well.
From the inside out and from the outside in
The Strategy and Communications Department gives advice and support to management. It bases its advice and support on the choices we must make, regarding the provision of information within the NMa itself, and regarding our relations in the Netherlands and abroad. The department thus operates from the inside out, and from the outside in.
